Managed a team of five communications professionals to launch an innovative Facebook page aimed at organizing long term care workers into union membership. The community grew at a rate of 400 new followers/week and 20% of followers visited the page daily. The team used social listening tools and data analysis in order to maximize reach and move community members to take real-world action.
