Text Message Campaign Dramatically Increases Union Election Win Rates

While at SEIU Local 2015, I launched a text messaging campaign aimed at unionizing nursing homes. The campaign integrated social media, video, animated gifs and user-generated content to rally supporters and drive them to vote Union Yes.

The result: Union election win rates rose from 50% to 89%.
