Manage team of communications professionals to launch an innovative Facebook community aimed at organizing non-union long term care workers. The community is growing at a rate of 400 new members each week and 20% of our members visit our community daily, which is an exceptionally high rate of engagement. Community content is guided by social listening tools and data analysis in order to maximize reach and move community members to take real-world action.
